Brief Answer:
A diagnosis is necessary first. Treatment explained below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have read your query.

First thing is to get a correct diagnosis for your symptoms and for this, you should see a Neurologist, and eventually, a brain MRI should be done.

If migraines confirmed then the treatment depends on the number of episodes in a month, if only two or three episodes, you can be treated with drugs that abort the migraine crisis right after you notice that the migraine headache started ( triptans, combinations of NSAIDs, etc.).

If more than three episodes in a month then preventive treatment with drugs such as propranolol, amitryptiline, topiramate, etc. may be necessary.

Discuss with your Neurologist these issues, since all these drugs need a prescription too.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can help you further.
