Question : identified acnes across the face arms and back since the last 1year or so. below are the pics

Clindamycin and Benzoyl peroxide

Hello
Thanks for the query and photographs.
For Acne of face use the following
1. Clindamycin 1 % gel in morning
2. Benzoyl peroxide 2.5 % gel in night
3. Use a salicylic acid or glycolic acid based face wash once daily.
For acne lesions on back and shoulders you can use acnybar or Dermadew acne soap.
This should help you.
Drink lot of water and reduce intake of oil in food.
