Thanks for query,
By alcoholic symptoms i would consider that you want to give up alcoholism.

Rx,
Acamprosate 333 mg thrice daily would be given for 2-3 months.
Disulfiram would be given for few months which would cause severe nausea on ingesting alcohol.
Lorazepam 2 mg would be given twice a day.
You have to get a prescription from a pyschiatrist.
