my four years have toncials and having rainy nose since last 2 days

Having infected tonsils and running more are two different things. If you have throat pain and running nose for two days it can be common cold and using only Tylenol can be advisable.
If the tonsils are infected,red ,swollen and with white dots you may need antibiotics.
