How To Get Rid Of Constipation ?

Iam suffering from gas ,mild stomach pain ,heartburn and constipation for the last 6 months.
In this March during lock down i had some oreo biscuits. After that i had severe headache . Then vomited all. This was the beginning of all of my problems. After this burping started. That was frequent burping in the evening. I had taken pantop tablets once daily for two weeks. But no change. Then consulted a gastroenterologist by online. He prescribed two medicines pantocid dsr and rabium for two week. After taking these medicines stomach pain also started. The dr told me to do some blood tests.creatine, sgpt, CBC,thyroid etc.All test results were normal. After that he told me to do an endoscopy. But I didn't do it because of this covid 19. I consulted a gynecologist also. Did scanning. All normal. My friend told me to try probiotics for gut problems. So I tried a econorm XXXXXXX .After this constipation also started. From that day onwards
stool is in yellow colour (not whitish or brownish)and hard and small balls. Mucous in stool also.Nowadays I changed my diet. Trying low fodmap diet. So that gas and bloating is reduced. But constipation still exists.2 weeks ago I had a maida paratha and vomited all.5 days ago I had a small pastry and I had loose motion.
What was my problem? Is it ibs or celiac?
hello
Detailed Answer,
I understand your concern.
Possibly a sensitive stomach dypepsia and irritable bowel.
Try doing following tests
1) stool routine and occult blood x 3 samples (on three different days)
2) stool for modified Zn stain x 2 samples (different days)
also try following things and see how you feel
1. dont take heavy meals
2. go for regular walk
3. sleep adequately (7 to 8 hrs a day)
4. avoid sleeping 2 hrs after meals
5. do some light exercises
6. avoid stress, excess use of electronic gadgets
7. can take isapgula husk like morease I at night for pain and constipation
8. try antacid like razo L once before breakfast for 2 weeks and see how you feel (ensure you dont have missed periods / pregnancy while on this medication )
Unlikely this to be coeliac.
If problem persist worthwhile undergoing special test like endoscopy etc.
Wish you a speedy recovery.
Happy to help.
