Question : Hi,

I have severely cracked feet. It has become real worse (since working from home - as I do not wear shoes - with shoes, they would become soft) and at times are bleeding.

Due this this, I am walking all the time on my heels and my feet are aching badly probably because of this.

I suggest you to use a bland moisturizer e.g either vaseline or petrolatum, twice a day.
Over that you may use a topical antibiotic ointment like Fusidic acid 2% ointment or Mupirocin 2% ointment for the cracks to help them soften and close. Thereafter you may just continue with the moisturizer, regularly.
