Thanks for the query.
Acne is more of a lifestyle disease.
Oily face leads to blockade of sebaceous glands leading to acne.
Use the following
1. Clindamycin 1 % gel in morning
2. Benzoyl peroxide 2.5 % gel in night
3. Use a salicylic acid or glycolic acid based face wash
4. Use a water based sunscreen such as suncot gel.
All the above medication to be used for at least three months.
These are safe and effective and usually available over the counter.
You must reduce oil intake in diet to control acne. Wash your face at least three times in a day.
Reduce intake of food with high glycemic index such as potato chips and bakery products.
Drink lot of water and increase intake of fiber rich diet.

Salicylic acid face wash ( Shaloxy) is for oil control. It will remove excess oil from face. Use it in morning and evening to wash your face.
Clindamycin ( Clindac A) is an antibiotic cream which will prevent formation of pus filled lesions. Use it in morning over the area on which you get acne lesions frequently.
Benzoyl peroxide( Benzac AC) is an oxidizing agent which will prevent infection and keep the ducts of sebaceous gland clear. Use it in night over the acne prone area.
Acne is an inflammatory condition which might lead to pigmentation over face hence use of a water based sunscreen ( Suncote gel) is necessary.
Use the above medication for at least 3 months to get adequate results.
No other product is required to be used during this period.
