these are genital warts caused by hpv virus infection and you probably had unprotected intercourse recently. it is benign infection and can be treated by topical creams and ointments which is less successful and by destructive procedures with heat or cryotherapy which is more successful. you need to consult dermatologist for these methods. also, use protection in future intercourses till warts are gone. wish you good health. regards
