Question : Hi doctor I have been face a very high hair fall from a very long time it has been around from last 2 years, but now my hair fall in a huge amount and my hairs are very dry and rough .
I didn't use any product yet ,I am not using any hair oil and any other medications.
Kindly suggest me something which can help me to regrowth in my hair and make my hair strong and silky . Kindly suggest me a shampoo and a hair serum also.

You can apply minoxidil 2 % lotion 1 ml twice daily over your scalp and take tablet follihair one tablet daily for 3 months.
This combination will work well.
You can use X gain hair serum and triclenz or 8X shampoo.
