                                            Question : I specifically don't have any problem, but having lots of work pressure on me. Every other day I will get headache, some times I don't feel like eating. Sometimes I eat more. I'm getting uncomfortable when I recieve a office related message or call. when I felt stress, I'll get dizzy and shivering and observe raise in body temperature Am I getting lots of stress on me?
