Question : I would like to get a rid of a big mole near to my neck. Since I keep playing with it when I keep on thinking aanything and that make it a would and blood comes out of it. Hence I planned to get rid of that one mole. There is no pain, no itching, no extra growth ( earlier test done ), no cancerious cell present nothing at this moment. Its just because I keep playing with it and make it a wound, hence would like to get operated.

I suggest a possibility of acrochordon. Treatment is removal with cautery.

I think you most likely have a skin tag also known as acrochordon.

The best way to get rid of acrochordon is by electrocautery or radiofrequency cautery under local anesthesia.
