Question : i have head ach problem mostly in week.seems like sinus.

I want to know if you are having any other symptoms like blocked or running nose, cough, throat pain , fever etc.
You may try to use painkiller drugs such ibuprofen or acetaminophen for headache.
Use saline water to rinse nose.
Humidify the room ear and do a steamy bath.
