Question: age 52 male i have devoloped some.kind of marks in foot .picture attached taking blood pressure medicine since long . first is on in 1 feet but now starting to devolop in other feet also physical activity is none other Medical problems inlarge prostate liver hemengioba gallbaldder stones piles

Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
I received your pictures and the foot has brown flat marks in it which seem spreading. I think this may be tinea nigra or a fungal infection of the skin . The diagnosis can be clarified by microscopic examination.
You may treat it by applying antifungal cream such ketoconazole or miconazole twice daily for two weeks.
