Sores on the buttocks can be due to bacterial or fungal infection. They need to be treated accordingly.
Before advising you further I would like to know-
Do you have any pain/itching over the area?
Since when you have this?
Is there any discharge/ scales over the affected area? Is there any skin discoloration of surrounding skin ?
Can you upload the photographs of the affected area?
