My son 2 years old has had this for a few days . Looks like thush to me but it does wipe off for the most part some spots are harder than others to remove he doesnt seem to hsve any other sypmtoms

I have gone through the images. However the cause still cannot be definitely ascertained. Two broad conditions that I am considering, are a) Vitamin B deficiency b) Fungal infection.

It should be better if you visit a pediatrician and get it examined and treated. Candid (clotrimazole) mouth paint can be used along with some vitamin supplement.
