Brief Answer:
Use simethicone and probiotics.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I read your query and here is my advice.
I think you are having bowel irritation causing excessive gas , cramping, diarrhea and pain in the right.
I think you may need to do some diet changes such using less fruit juices and fruits such apples, oranges ,grapes vegetables such cauliflower, broccoli , lettuces , legumes etc which can cause excessive gas.
Also avoid spicy, fatty foods and alcohol.
Using whole grains bread, yoghurt is helpful.
You can also use probiotics such enterogerin or yovita. Also you can use simethicone which works good on reducing gas and diarrhea.
Use more water and minerals for rehydration.

Hope I have answered your question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
thanks.
