I've had these for a year now. Thought it might have been in-grown hairs so I never treated them. I've been placing body powder on them for a week now.

Apparently they are looking like sebaceous cysts and are on the line of fusion.
The only way is surgery, but I personally feel that one should not do anything, if it is not causing any symptoms. No powder can help so you may please stop using it.

You may consult a Dermatologist or a General Surgeon or Urologist to get the perfect diagnosis.
