                                            Probably polycystic ovarian syndrome
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Welcome to HCM. I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Most common cause of hair growth and eruptions when associated with menstrual disorder is polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). Additional tests needed are :
Ultrasound pelvis, Serum prolactin, 17 hydroxy progesterone and DHEAS.
From the reports your LH is more than FSH, testosterone on higher half of normal - all are suggestive of PCOS.
If the other investigations are normal the treatment options are:
1. Oral contraceptive pills - will regularise your menstrual cycles and decrease hair growth.
2. Anti androgens - like spironolactone and finasteride can be tried.
3. Local treatment like eflornithine cream, electrolysis and laser treatment.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Regards
