Brief Answer:
You can get tested for HIV to confirm your status.

Detailed Answer:
Dear xxxxxxxxxx,

The possibility of getting HIV with unprotected sex is always there if the partner is HIV positive. The best way to confirm is get tested for HIV with 4 generation duo or HIV RNA PCR after 15 days of exposure and it will clear all the doubts.

On the other hand it is also true that HIV is very difficult to transmit and the
risk of transmission of HIV from unprotected anal sex is also very less so don't get worried or tensed and go for testing to confirm your status.

As far as rash on the foot is concerned it might be due to some other infection or allergy. Use clop-g or betnovate-c cream for local application twice daily. If still persists consult dermatologist and take treatment as per the advice.

Unprotected sexual intercourse is high risk for HIV so I will advice you to avoid such unsafe sexual practices to prevent the future risk of HIV or other STDs.

Thank You
