Question : does look like it could be cancerous or look suspicious?

                                    Brief Answer:
Alarming
Detailed Answer:
Hi, Welcome to HealthcareMagic,
I have gone through your question & photograph and understand your concern.
It appears as benign mole.
Look for the change in color and size.
From photograph it is clear that size is of less than 6 mm and borders are uneven.
Evolution is most important sign to diagnose malignant one. Any sudden change in shape, size, color and any new lesion as alarming.
Confirmation can be done by dermatopathology only.
I will advise you to consult your dermatologist for this.
Hope this will help you.
Thanks.

                                    Brief Answer:
biopsy is specific for that particular mole only
Detailed Answer:
Hi, welcome again,
Biopsy is specific for particular site.
If biopsy result is in favor of melanoma then there is more chances of melanoma on other site.
If result is benign then you can wait for changes to occur in this particular mole.
Thanks.
