Brief Answer:
Moles like this are usually benign

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Welcome
I am Dr V XXXXXXX a dermatologist.

I have examined the pic under magnification and noted your details.
This matches a mole which is stable.

I would recommend that in a case like this just simple observation will be required and any adverse feature or characteristics, if that happens, should be attended to.

Some of the changes that will require attention could be related to

--A change in size
--A change in color
--Fresh lesions
--Oozing or crusting
--Hardening of tissues under the lesion
--Itching or other symptoms indicating some sort of activity

Only if one wants to be absolutely sure, then a biopsy may be carried out.

I hope this information helps you decide the next step.

With best wishes.
