Brief Answer:
Protein, Vit B12 and folic acid supplements

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Jyothi BL and I will be answering your query.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. WBC are produced in bone marrow. If its reduced, hemoglobin and platelets may also be reduced sometimes. If they are normal, get a peripheral blood smear done to rule out any abnormalities.
2. If there is not abnormalities like infection or tumors, then take diet rich in protein like egg, fish, chicken along with Vit B12 and folic acid supplements.
3. Zzz sound in the ear could be tinnitus. If your blood pressure is normal and you have no ear infections, try steam inhalation twice daily. It should help in clearing the eustachian tube. Also you can try valsalva manouvere, by closing the nostrils and mouth and blowing air out. Do it slowly. If it does not reduce, you will require ENT opinion for this.

Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help you again.

Regarding No. 2 question Tinnitus

I have high blood pressure 170 / 100 and are on medication, but sometimes I forgot to take this and is that the reason that I got that funny sound.

How can I find more information on Valsalva Manouvere ? I have done a CT scan on this and are waiting results.

Brief Answer:
Yes, high blood pressure can cause.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking again.

Uncontrolled blood pressure can cause tinnitus. Yes, medication not taken at times, can cause high blood pressure at times. Need to take it regularly.

Valsalva maneuver, you can find it online (google it) or you can ask your doctor. Or basically, you need to close your nose and mouth and try to blow air out. As both nose and mouth is closed, the air will enter the Eustachian tube and upto ear. This method will open up the Eustachian tube. Do it with slow pressure.

Will wait for CT scan reports.

Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
