Question : I have a 7 month old baby whom i breastfeed. But for the past few days i am noticing a remarkable decline in the milk supply and my baby does not get the adequate milk. Please advise me how can i increase it.

Follow these things to improve breast milk output
1)drink lots of water and liquids
2) have complete balanced diet
3)have adequate sleep
4) continue breastfeeding
5)be positive that you will feed your baby adequate milk
6)in some mothers ayurvedic supplement like shatavari ( 1 spoon twice a day) or lactate tablets containing shatavari,methi help
7)metoclopramide too increases milk output.But it should be taken under doctors supervision
After 6 months breast milk is not sufficient. So we advise weaning at this age.This might be the reason that you may be feeling that milk output has decreased
