Detailed Answer:
Hi dear XXXX

Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

How was your day?

Hope this message finds you in good health.

I have gone through your query in detail and understand your concern.

the fact that her thigh bone is fractured and broken, she definitely needs surgery / rod insertion.

the pain that she is getting right now is due to the broken bone ends rubbing against each other. this rubbing can be stopped temporarily by applying a temporary plaster / splint.

this will reduce her pain to some extent. oral analgesic tablets and injections / saline drips will also assist to reduce her pain to some extent.

her hemoglobin needs to be raised fast and taken to minimum of 10 gms so that she can then be operated.

once the rod is inserted, all her pain will be gone. for that, give blood transfusions, preferably give her PCV blood,so that hemoglobin will rise faster, and then the surgery can be performed once it reaches 10 gms.

she should eventually get back to normal in coming few days.Nothing to worry about.

I hope your question has been answered.
