I have read your query in detail.
Body height in males can increase up to age of 21 years. After this age the bones get fused and there is no significant of further growth by natural means.Please send in your present height and details regarding having genetically short parents and grand parent. There are surgical methods like Ilizarov technique which can give increase in height by 22 to 6 inches but is a difficult procedure and requires a good surgeon and patient co operation. It takes 6 to 9 months to get achievable results.
