Details Please

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns about loss of interest in sex.

I need few more details about you before answering your question in detail :

1) Are you stressed about your work, job, academics or family problems? Because any type of stress causes less libido (interest in sex). Let me know if you have been stressed out.

2) Are you over weight ? Being overweight is another reason for low libido. Please let me know your height and weight.

3) Do you get enough exercise? Not getting enough exercise leads to loss of libido. Do you exercise regularly ?

4) Are you under medication for any diseases other than infertility / IUI ?

Let me know the details of above question so that I can help you better.

Regards

Exercise helps

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for additional information.

You need to exercise or have brisk walk / jog daily. This releases good hormones which will help in improving you r libido.

If you have not taken a vacation, please take a vacation for few weeks so that you get change of place and relaxed mind.

Have onion and drumstick as a part of your diet as these foods increase libido.

Let me know if you need anymore help.
