Brief Answer:
Sperm formation .

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX
Let me explain how sperms are formed .
Spermatogenesis is the sequence of events in which the spermatogonia are transformed into mature spermatozoa ( sperms ) .
This happens in the Sertoli cells of the seminiferous tubules of the TESTIS and epididymis .
While in the epididymis, the spermatozoa acquire vigorous forward motility.

As you mentioned that in testicular biopsy "NO SPERM FOUND".
Are there any medication which can produce sperm?
This is the question.
After BIOPSY it is confirmed that there is NO SPERM , so no medication is able to produce sperm , because there are no SOURCES in the testis .
Further , if any question I WILL REPLY.
Good luck but I am sorry for this reply.
