Suggest me the excercises which would reduce the Weight ideally by 2KG per week BAsically i need to increase the metabolism Also are Soaked Beans / Moong Dal with some cucmber and little green chilli / Horse Gram either of the one on daily diet good for health. such that i dont lack with nutritian

Brief Answer: Join a gym Detailed Answer: Hi Any aerobic exercise is OK / Jogging or treadmill is good – joining a supervised exercise program in a gym is better…work out to raise the heart rate to 120 or so… Dal, beans are rich in protein; horse gram has more fibre; - they are alright in moderation. Include more vegetables and a few fruits for a balanced diet Avoid fat – it has double the calories of protein or carbohydrate Regards
