Brief Answer:
Raised cholesterol levels

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for the query.

I have gone through the attached reports. Everything is normal except the Total cholesterol and LDL cholesterol which are slightly elevated.

These can be controlled with diet restriction and regular physical exercises.

Please follow these instructions:
1. Follow regular physical exercises like brisk walking or swimming, if you not following any. Start with 15mins duration and gradually increase it to 60 mins per day. You can also join any health clubs or Gyms.

2. Consume plenty of green leafy vegetables and fruits. Avoid excess fatty foods. If non vegetarian, once a week can be done.

3. Consume plenty of water and fruit juices. Water should be around 2 to 3 lts/day. Have a glass of water an hour before and after every meal which will make sure the adequate amount of intake.

4. Have stomach full breakfast with limited lunch and only appetite satisfying dinner.

5. Maintain a gap of atleast 2 hrs between dinner and going to bed. Can go for a walk after dinner. This will reduce the cholesterol formation and helps in digesting the food.

6. Repeat the Lipid profile after 3 months. If the cholesterol are still the same or increased then you need to be started on Statin group of drugs.

Hope this answers your query. If any further questions, will be happy to help.

Regards.
