How To Lower SGOT And SGPT Level?

Question: hi doc, iam 29 years old my sgot and sgpt are high like 293....and i need to go for my medical within 5 days...to go to abroad, or else ill be unfit....please help me how to lower sgot and sgpt within 5days..please doc

Let me start by saying that it is impossible to lower the SGOT and SGPT to baseline within 5 days.

There are umpteen number of causes for raised liver enzymes. The underlying cause should be treated to bring them back to baseline levels.

Kindly upload the liver function test and other test reports so that I can assist you further.'
