Brief Answer:
It could be due to Hepatitis A virus infection
Detailed Answer:
Hi & Welcome back/
Thanks for your reply, noted the uploaded results.
The negative HBsAg (surface antigen) indicates that the hepatitis is not caused by hepatitis B virus (HBV). It might have been caused by hepatitis A virus (HAV).
For confirmation of the HAV infection I would suggest you to consult your treating doctor.
Liver protective drugs like Silymarin tab (3 times daily for 3 weeks) and Liv 52 tablets (2 times daily for 3-4 weeks).
Besides medications you need to
1. Take bed rest
2. Total abstinence from alcohol (if you are taking it)
3. Avoid certain medications like analgesics
4. Avoid fatty and spicy foods.
5. Take plenty of fruits, fruit juices, soft diet.
Hope the suggestions given above could be useful.
