Question : Hello, I am 90% percent sure i do not have a tampon in. Yesterday i removed it but i just want to be sure. I have washed my hands and inserted a finger into my vagina about 4 times today just to double check if there is a tampon. I can't feel anything or a string. should i assume i don't have one? i also geared down to try and push anything out and again nothing happened.

Thanks for the query,
The best thing would be to get a per speculum examination and then an ultrasound pelvis to conclusively rule out any presence or absence of tampon in situ.
