Question : Dr. Solanski
Im doing abouit as good as too be expected since I have court this friday at 9am. I spoke with my doctor about the letter I need and he sent me to do a drug test which is still not back yet, and I doubt it will be in time for Friday.So things are not looking good for me. I also showed my attorney the links you sent me as well as our emails, and even tho its all in there like he wants. He wont accept it because its not addressed to him or the courts and in proper letter format.

Ok I will let you know of the results. I dont understand the purpose of the drug test he had me take. Knowing my results will come back positive like all the others. What do you mean application to give regarding what youve mentioned. do you know of any other options I could try in case the results arent back. I have 1 day left to get the documention i need for court.

Hi,

I cannot guess exactly but doctor has again recommended testing only to clarify the current status.

You can write your doctor about detail of your case and ask/apply him to give certificate on his letter pad about possibility of false positive results what I mentioned with some evidences. You can use it as an expert opinion and show your attorney.

I am sorry that I also cannot find any other approach to deal with it.
