Question : I have just started taking lamotrigine for bipolar depression. Had to reduce lithium because starting to have thyroid problems. I was given 2 strengths .25mg 2X/day. I had s second bottle of 150 mgI was to work up to 150 over a number of weeks on .25. I have taken 7 150 .

I have been very sleepy. Should Inget an antidote
