Question : Hello Doctor!

I had queried earlier regarding prolonging the ejaculation time and Dr. Solanki had suggested the following:

Clomipramine 10-25 mg or Paroxetine 10 mg to be taken 10-20 days daily after dinner and later just on the day of sex. He also recommended Depoxetine 30 mg to be taken 2 hours before sex.

I went to the Chemist but couldn't find the medicines there. do they have Any other name?

Yes, there are side effects for sure like all other medicines. They may cause gastric upsets, constipation , dizziness in some or mild sedation. But these are temporary and go away after a few days.
