For stopping cocaine I feel visiting a rehabilitation center is recommended as no advice helps properly.

The time taken for swollen nostrils depends on the age, immune status, risk of further damage, inter current illness.

However for a 51 year otherwise healthy person I feel it will take between one to two weeks time to heal properly.
