Brief Answer:
No

Detailed Answer:
Hi there
Welcome to HCM,

Prolonged absense of periods and then a couple of months with spotting or bleeding is with Mirena.
The absence of period or the spotting or bleeding is not a indication of effectiveness of Mirena.

The Mirena is a very effective contraceptive with failure rate of less than 1 in 1000. This effectiveness is independent of its bleeding pattern.

Hope this helps.
Regards.
