Question : I have had a super pubic prostatectomy and have retro ejaculation.
I have Cholangiocarcinoma and am being treated with Gemcitabine every two weeks. When/is it safe to have unprotected sex with my wife. We fear that any small of Gemcitabine transferd to her might be harmful. Thank You

Gemcitabine is not passed in semen so there's no danger to her. However, it may cause genetic changes in sperm, so pregnancy is not advisable while the male partner is on gemcitabine, or any chemo.
