Question : Is there a way to reduce abdomen fat? I have a flabby stomach after giving birth to my son (3 yrs back) and it looks like a balloon now! Is exercise necessary or will it reduce through diet?

                                    Brief Answer:
exercise is necessary
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXX,
Exercise is a MUST if you have to reduce your abdomen fat. More so with the abdominal exercises. You need to do quite a lot of abdominal crunches, leg lifts, to get rid of the abdominal fat.
Dieting alone would not reduce it.
Both exercise and healthy dieting is required for this. Please take the help of a dietitian and a fitness expert to achieve this with ease.
Wish you good luck and good health.
Regards,

Thank you Dr. I will try to do be as physically active as possible and see if I can ever make it.
And about the previous concern I had posted about my leg pain, I consulted a doctor as per your advice and got a few tests done. As you guessed correctly, It was determined that I have Vit D deficiency and mildly anemic. Taking tablets now and hope it will be alright in a month's time.
