Brief Answer:
Bloating could be due to indigestion

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

Bloating or dyspepsia could be due to consuming foods that are not getting digested. It could be complex proteins like beans, meat, eggs, etc or it could be milk or milk products. It may have started after consuming antibiotics or another medicine that caused imbalance of normal flora. You need to find the culprit and avoid it.
You may use gasso churna or gasex tablet by Himalaya to find relief from the bloating. You may do some regular exercise. Massage (ILU massage) of abdomen also helps.

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
