Brief Answer:
Hi kindly read below

Detailed Answer:
Hi ,
Considering you age and the levels on higher side no medical intervention is required at present. I would recommend diet control and regular excercise which will help regulate cholesterol levels. Make sure you maintain weight as per your BMI and regular excercise including cardio for 30 to 45 mins.
Kindly repeat test after 3 months to check the variations.

Regards.
