                                            This issue lasts for 3-4 days, its been there for last 4-5 years.

You may try the following:
- Take more of fruits as they contain fiber
- Drink lots of cleaner water. A glass of water or nimbu pani in the morning may help with the bowel movement.
- Eat only when hungry and eat easily digestible food. For example fruit juice and milk act like laxative and can be taken for an easier bowel movement, but avoid any foods like black dal, or cold food that may worsen the symptoms
- You may take the "gas" tablets like gasex occasionally. But avoid unnecessary medicines
- if you feel any lump in anal area or bleeding in stools, you may get evaluated by a surgeon. Do you have diabetes or take any medicines regularly?
- take probiotic tablets
