How To Reduce Creatine Level ?

Question: My report shows my creatine level as High.. can you advise.. attached report FYR..

Just added one more health check up report that was done earlier in the month of XXXXXXX I can see both albumin and creatine levels are normal.. so is it possible to see the spike in 4 - 5 months..? If yes what could be the reason..?

Thanks for uploading your blood reports which reveals all parameters well within normal limits except you have VIT D and B12 defficiency for which you need to take
1) Tab Vit D3 60000 I U once in a week
2) Tab Renerve plus once daily for three months .

Your Creatinine level 0.9 mg is well within normal range hence not to be worried about it .

On any given day the Creatinine and Albumin levers are very fluctuating in a same individual and depend upon the protein intake on that particular day. But one has not to worry as long as they are within limits .
