It's kind of annoying thing as many clothes can not fit on me, and I want to do something about it. Is there a supplment drug that I could use to reduce hips area fat, and please give me what side effect to expect.

Brief Answer:
Unfortunately no supplements as such sir

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query and would like you to know that I am here to help. I completely understand your problem as all men face the same at different levels at least some point of time.

The most important thing for you to understand is that in men fat around the hips is mainly caused due to oestrogen. This is a female hormone that is found in many edibles and medications, and so you need to first completely lay off all those items that can cause an increase in oestrogen level in your body.

We need to target the main culprit so I have prepared a list of items that can cause an increase in oestrogen based at deposition which concentrates itself around the male breast region and male hip region. This along with other suggestions are all important to note sir:

+Eat 5-6 smaller meals instead of 2-3 large ones per day
+Exercise regularly whether it is for a short period of time also, this will increase metabolism
+Avoid dry fruits
+Avoid flax seeds
+Avoid sugar containing food
+Avoid carbonated drinks
+Avoid sugar containing drinks
+Avoid chick peas
+Avoid yogurt, soy products, hummus, apricots, soy-based products, etc.
+Avoid meat that could be processed with hormones (e.g. chicken meat)
+Preferably avoid meat and concentrate on a vegetarian diet
+If you have a sitting/desk job, it would be best to keep taking a break for a walk every 15 minutes

You should know sir that the fat around the hip region will not reduce with any supplement or weight loss pills. So the key is to concentrate on your diet and exercise and strictly avoid food that can have a high oestrogen content. This is vital and many individuals have found this to be the key.

There are pills that promote weight loss sir, but they are extremely difficult to get and are very strictly regulated. I am afraid they are only prescribed to obese or overweight individuals who have a serious weight-issue. And it is not possible for me to prescribe them for you through an online consultation either sir.

So my advise would be to take the oestrogen aspect and work on it, I am sure with patience and will power, you will be able to achieve your target. I hope you find my response helpful and informative. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help you.

Best wishes.

Thank you for those information. I just want to ask, is it okay to eat vegetables by all its kind. Also, Is it okay to drink red ball when I go to the gym to give me energy instead of drinking drinks that have sugars? will drinking red ball damage my heart?

Brief Answer:
Yes sir; red bull occassionally not always sir

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again sir.

Yes, all vegetables should be fine, but do make sure you purchase your vegetables from a reliable vendor. Also work on cardio, jogging, swimming and similar workouts at the gym instead of weight-lifting exercises.

Red bull can be taken, but only once in a while. It causes an adrenaline rush which is not good for the heart when taken on a regular basis.

I hope this information helps clear your doubts sir. Please do not hesitate to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help you.

Best of luck sir.

Brief Answer:
Please ask me as many questions as you wish sir

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again sir.

Yes of course. There are many supplements available in the market. Supplements mostly contain protein which helps to increase muscle mass and bulk a person up, I would recommend proteins for you but only lean proteins which will help to give you the cuts and shape you need and prevent you from putting on too much weight.

Along with this a creatine supplement may also be required. Some protein supplements have a small amount of diuretic in them as well, this promotes the expulsion of excess fluid from the body to help make your muscle more lean and not bulky.

Please keep away from steroids as they do more harm than good. As for a the name of the supplements, I am unaware of that because I do not like in XXXXXXX But ask around and most of the supplements should do the same job.

I hope you find my response helpful sir. Please do not hesitate to write back to me for any further clarifications sir, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
