Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to health care magic,

Your weight is 75 kg and height is 175 cm,your BMI (24.49) which is NOT high according to your height and weight given by you.

So,there is no need to bother much but yes,if you want to reduce some extra fats especially over belly, then diet and regular exercises would be the best to do.

To lose extra body fat, over tummy especially you must expend more calories through regular exercises and eat fewer calories.

When it will be done consistently, you'll end up with a daily caloric deficit and you may reduce weight 1 or 2 kg every month with reduction extra belly or tummy fats.

For that, you can also find a good diet plan from a nutritionist but here I will give you some tips regarding diet and exercises which will be helpful to you.

1) Avoid high carbohydrates and fatty foods, take high protein diet and avoid oily sabjies and ghee on chapati.

2) Take as much as water (preferably lukewarm water) in a day as it is flushes the all system from metabolic wastes and toxins.

3) Take less snacks and if you want to eat snacks, make sure it is healthy, low fat, low calorie snack. Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables.

4) Start your day with a healthy breakfast. Doing so will make you feel less hungry throughout the day.

5) Replace coffee or tea with black tea or green tea preferably.

6) Start regular cardio exercises like brisk walking, jogging, tread mill, cycling or swimming for about 30 to 45 min which is considered ideal for weight loss and especially to loose extra fats.

You may start with 15 minutes initially and gradually add 5 to 10 minutes every day to reach 45 minutes.

7) Try sit ups and abdominal crunches to tone up the abdominal muscles and will also be helpful to reduce your belly.

You can also join some local gym nearby to your house so that your abdominal wall strengthening exercises can be practiced under professional guidance for faster and safer improvement.

Hope this detailed information will be helpful.

Brief Answer:
exercises are more important than any particular diet chart.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome again,

Your BMI (around 25) is completely normal according to your height and weight that you mentioned here.

So,you are not the person who has excess weight (obese) who will need a particular diet chart.

To loose extra belly mass, exercises are more important than any particular diet chart.

Exercises should be started initially mildly i.e. brisk walking, cycling, slow running for up to 7 days.

If you have 'exercises cycle' with calorie meter at your home, then you can calculate the figure of kilo-calorie that you are burning in a day.

You start burning 200 kilo-calories per day with this exercises for just half an hour and gradually increase then by adding 50 kilo-calories every day.

By these means you will start loosing your belly mass within 6 to 8 weeks but you should also be slightly careful with your diet,so that there will not be any muscle/fat mass.

Diet plan to be followed during exercises.

1) Reduce the calorie intake:

Foods rich in fat or sugar and the refined foods like refined wheat flour, provides more calories. It is advisable to limit the intake of these foods in the diet.

You can start with a simple practice of avoiding sugar in your beverages like, tea and coffee, replacing the white bread slices with whole wheat breads.

2) Choose the fat wisely: The saturated fats like ghee, vabaspati, cream and butter do not qualify to be a part of your weight loss plan. Vegetable oils are much safer when taken in controlled quantities. Limit the oil intake and completely avoid taking the deep or shallow fried foods. Nuts like almond and walnut are loaded with healthy fats. and can be included in the diet.

3) Include fiber in diet: Fiber is the insoluble parts of the plant food sources. Since they are not digested in our gut, they remain to be there for longer time and do not make us feel hungry.

4) Stay Hydrated: Drink water and other drinks like sugar free lemon juice and clear soups to keep the body hydrated. Salted lemon juice, tender coconut water, clear soups and buttermilk may also be included.

5) Divide your meals into smaller but frequent portions. And start the meals with raw salads, clear soups or even a glass of plain water.

Also take as much as water in a day as it is flushes the all system from metabolic wastes and toxins.

Thanks and regards,
