You have mentioned that your wife was admitted with Dengue 2 months back.
The hairfall post any severe illness is called as Telogen Effluvium. It is a normal physiological process.
Don't worry the hair fall will stop in next 6 months and she will regain hair too.
She can apply minoxidil 2 % lotion 1 ml twice daily on scalp and take Tablet Follihair daily 1 tablet in night for 3 months.
This will help in regaining of strength of hair.
