Hi,

Thanks for your query

Yes, a strict low calorie diet can sometimes lead to hair loss.

I would like to know what medication were you advised by the dermatologist ?
Do you have baldness in your parental line ?

hair serum not rembered but seems like scalp healthning serum and not the minoxidil like serum

tablet is vitamin tablet which is Follihair A Tablet 30 Tablets used 2 months

side effects while using -->
--loose motion in dark and stomach problem with using of tablet,
-- more hairfall in pillow , bed, bathroom, while comb and touch my hair

they asked me to take a blood test but i didnt did that , now that prescription is lost

Previous doctor said like 'its like a male bald initial, use serum and tablet vitamin for 3 months hair will fall more and scalp gets stronger, if its not working will go with minoxidil likwise '

but i dont want to go with that i need my hair back naturally and my age is 23 , totally my confidence is too low, not even seeing any ones face, feeling ashame. please help :(

Brief Answer:
Familial

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I would like to know whether you have baldness in your parents either maternal or paternal side .

Minoxdil is not a bad option, it will surly help to retain and regrow the hair.

Also, Finastride taken orally can help.

Do not worry to take medications, as natural techniques might help but are usually skow and can surpass the speed of hairloss at this age.

You can start with medications and once a good volume of hair is retained, we can titrate down the medication and stop altogether.

maternal side - no baldness
paternal side- baldness at top with light visible of baldness , starts at age of 45+

but if i start using minoxidil i need to consistantly follow upto old age right, if i stop that it will start again right?

better give a solution as healty i will follow as your path. but need to retain my hair as soon.

Brief Answer:
Minoxidil for now

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for writing back

For aggressive hair loss i would recommend Minoxidil 5% solution and Tab Finastride 1mg taken daily for a minimum of 3 months.

Once the treatment is enough successful, we can titrate down the dosage and retain the results for longer time.

Hope, I answered your query

Wishing you good health
