Brief Answer:
She requires medications.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney.
I understand your concern.
Her triglycerides are very high. They need to be reduced to acceptable levels as she also has BP problems.
She needs to take a combination of Rosuvastatin and Fenofibrate. This combination has already been prescribed by your doctor as I can see in medical history.
Apart from medicine she needs to exercise regularly.
She should avoid taking rice, potatoes, oil, fast food, sweets.
With the help of the medicine and the life style changes as advised her lipid profile will improve.
Get it repeated after 3 months.
If you have any further query, please ask me.
