                                    Hi My weight is 62 and heigth is 4'11
I was suffering from thyroid but on very less level at the time of pregnancy but now i don't have.
Normally i don't take breakfast and have 3 chapatis with vegetable or daal and 3 chapatis or rice in the night with vegetable or daal.
Also i take little bit of something in the evening.
Also want to confirm that my blood group is o positive and one gym instructor told me to have less of flour and more of rice which would not give me more fat...is it true???
Alsoi take honey with XXXXXXX warm water and lemon in the monring and all vegetables and daals in olive oil now.
Plz confirm what else i can do for reduce weight easily and quickly...

Your ideal weight for the height would be 50-52kg.
You are 10 kg more than expected and it is normal to gain weight during pregnancy.
Since you are 4 months after delivery, this is right time to loose weight without affecting lactation.
Following are the tips to reduce weight naturally.
1. Cardio workout in the morning and evening for two hours.
2. Aerobics for 30 minutes in the evening.
3. Avoid sweets, fried foods, and junk food. Do not eat anything from outside especially pizzas, burgers and pastries.
4. Drink buttermilk in the morning for breakfast.
5. Your menu for lunch and dinner is proper.
6. You need to do abdominal exercises for abs. But don't over do it.
7. Do not lift heavy objects(more than 5 kg)
8. Breast feed your baby exclusively every 3 hrs duding day and every 4 hrs at night. This is a natural way of loosing weight. More the baby sucks better is your weight reduction.
