Question: 1.Diabates from 2006 and using two times medicine and also using BP Medicine
2.Want to reduce my weight from 80kg+ to 72 kg and reduce my balley
3. Facing gastric, weakness and constipation problem.

Hi Sir, I had gone through your query and understood your concerns.

Dear Sir, Let me answer you one by one.

First check whether the sugar levels are in control or not regularly. If yes, then no need of any change in dosage regarding anti diabetic drugs.

Coming to weakness, you need to eat divided small meals rather than concentrated food less times. Try not to keep empty stomach by having small sugarless snacks or buttermilk that reduces weakness and gastritis.

Fibre food, green leafy vegetables reduce constipation. Drink warm water atleast one litre in the morning empty stomach.

Reducing weight all of a sudden at your age is not advisable. If you still insist on it sir, you need to increase exercise, because regarding diet you must be taking controlled diet due to diabetes.
